Hi, I’m Aušra Sajonaitė, founder of Ambition Coach. I help ambitious business owners navigate the challenges of entrepreneurship, develop strategic action plans, and achieve sustainable success. With over 15 years of experience, I’ve worked with more than 1,000 clients, guiding them to streamline operations, increase profitability, and regain control over their businesses.

My Journey: From Overwhelmed CEO to Business Mentor

My entrepreneurial path began in Kaunas, where I studied accounting at Kauno kolegija. In 2003, I moved to the UK, where I earned an AAT Diploma in Accounting, followed by Professional Studies in Accounting (ACCA) and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Brighton.

Starting my own accounting business 15 years ago, I quickly realized the struggles of running a company without guidance. Through hands-on experience, I mastered the strategies needed to build a profitable, well-structured business – and now, I teach other entrepreneurs to do the same.

In 2022, I became a Mindvalley Certified Business Coach, solidifying my expertise in business growth, leadership, and mindset coaching. Today, I lead Ambition Coach Ltd and A.S. Biz Empire Ltd, helping CEOs scale their businesses and reclaim their freedom.
